Service Description
Join our 4-week course and attend the weekly group session in the studio. Reap the benefits of regular commitment to Pilates. Regular participation helps us to get to know you and enables us to tailor the exercises to the participating group. We will guide you through your personal exercise journey creating a strong foundation in the principles of Pilates, learning the techniques that build a stronger core. This mixed level class will adapt exercises and increase in challenge to develop your abilities from elementary to intermediate level. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class commences. Please bring a mat. ( a mat may be loaned by prior arrangement if you contact us)
