Our Classes

Pilates is for everyBODY.  Inclusive of all bodies, shapes and sizes. Ideal for overall fitness or rehabilitation after injury , pregnancy or surgery.   With the Conscious Body studio you will be in the safe hands of an experienced  STOTT Pilates certified instructor. With a strong focus on biomechanics and improving core strength, classes will improve muscles-tone, body-awareness, alignment, coordination and balance.

 

Choose from face-to-face mat based studio group classes; or personalised one-to-one, private tuition in reformer or mat; or a combined mat/reformer session

Classes vary between 55 mins and 1hr 15 minutes and private sessions include an initial consultation with free postural assessment and a class program tailored to your needs.

One-on-One Private Pilates Classes

Private 1-to-1 Matwork Session

Personal training program tailored to your individual needs.  All the attention is on you.  This is a great way to learn the core essentials of Pilates.  It can be especially beneficial if you are recovering from an injury, looking to deepen your Pilates practice and learn more technical moves,

1 to 1 Reformer Pilates

Private session in Kensington.  1-to-1 sessions include a consultation and postural analysis to create a bespoke program tailored to you. It can be especially beneficial if you are recovering from an injury, looking to deepen your Pilates practice and learn more technical moves,  wanting to target a specific area or reach a particular goal, trying to work through persistent pain,  Your reformer session can be combined with matwork and small equipment to maximise your workout.
